My friend described this drink as tasting 'like flat cola.. but fizzy'.
Which seemed like an oxymoron.. until I tasted it. The only other way to describe it is being like Rola Cola, that is to say any cheap dodgy brand of coca cola that costs 20p for 2L.
That said, it's got a quality. The flavour is definitely better than Diet Coke (not sure about Coke Zero.. maybe I'll do a blind taste test one day), but not by much.
Considering the weak flavour and seeming lack of texture, it doesn't seem to be worth the 90kcal or so of a standard can. If I want to treat myself, I'd get full fat coke, but otherwise I'll be sticking to Coke Zero.
Speaking of Colas.. whatever happened to Virgin Cola? Now that was tasty!
