Yerba, mate! A refreshing change of pace, this is delightful. It's a subtle flavour and only slightly sparkling. Had to remind myself what yerba mate was and it's that potent Brazilian tea. The flavour's there but inoffensive like a weak iced tea, plus unspecified tropical flavours and a touch of green coffee extract. Such a surprising, expert blend of flavours. I'm taken aback! Supposedly a carbon-neutral project - I'm slightly dubious about the realities of that concept (can you have carbon-neutral carbonated water?) but it's a great idea nonetheless. The packaging is a quite minimal and totally with a "Here are your food pills for the day, citizen!" kinda vibe but not extreme enough for my taste. Then again I'd have it sweeter and more fizzierer and this is a grown up drink for growns ups so I'll keep my opinions to myself. Well, excepting of course for this online publication of my opinions.
